HARMONY MIND QUEST - HONOR CODE DECLARATION AND AGREEMENT
This Honor Code Declaration and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the purchaser, end user, or reader (“You”) and Harmony Mind Quest (“HMQ”). By accessing or acquiring the digital product and its content, You agree to comply with the terms stated herein.
1. LICENSE TO RESELL AND REDISTRIBUTE
- HMQ is hereby granted a non-exclusive license to resell and redistribute the enclosed digital product and its content.
2. GOOD FAITH PROVISION
- HMQ provides this digital product in good faith, with the intent to promote knowledge, creativity, and education.
3. COMPLIANCE WITH CREATIVE COMMONS FAIR USE POLICY
- Buyers, end users, and readers are expected to adhere to Creative Commons’ fair use policy in utilizing the digital product and its content.
4. LEGITIMATE USE AND TRANSFER
- Upon transfer, buyers are obligated to use the digital product and its content legitimately.
- Reselling or transferring files is prohibited without prior consultation and approval from HMQ.
5. WARNING AGAINST PIRACY AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
- Engaging in piracy, unauthorized copying, or any illegal activities related to the digital product is strictly prohibited.
- Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing is expressly prohibited.
6. RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- All intellectual property rights associated with the digital product and its content are retained by HMQ.
- Users are required to respect and acknowledge these rights, refraining from any actions that may infringe upon them.
7. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATION
- Violation of this Agreement may result in legal action, including pursuing damages, injunctions, and any other remedies available under applicable copyright laws in individual countries of residence in Africa, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan, where applicable.
8. GOVERNING LAW
- This Agreement shall be governed by the copyright laws of individual countries of residence in Africa, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan where applicable, for any infractions.
